funda, the leading dutch platform in real estate, asked me to create a visual for their new product. The funda Index.
The funda Index is a market indicator that charts the current state of the Dutch housing market. Based on behavioural data and structural research from users, the index provides insight into consumer confidence, intent and behaviour.
